Zero stars actually. After a successful 6 months we decided to pay for a year upfront and about 3 months in our alarm stopped working while we were out of town (failure to communicate it said). After NUMEROUS calls, threats, everything nobody ever showed up to fix it nor returned our calls. We ended up switching monitoring companies to find out that the new wireless transmitter that Nick insisted we had to buy couldn't be used because he owes the company tons of $$. Do NOT use this business. The operations is just terrible. The customer service is terrible -- half the time you call, it goes to voicemail during normal business hours and no one calls you back, so you have to call back the next day to follow-up. Also the billing department is INCOMPETENT. I was a customer and was paying my bills and my checks were clearing from my bank account, yet I kept getting these notices that I owed payment. I had to call back and deal with this error that was THEIR FAULT two separate times.
I've been with Tassin for nearly 3 years. I have experience issues with Tassin across the entire spectrum: - I've been double billed, told that it was fixed and double billed again. - I was assured that they would have carbon monoxide detectors for my new home when I moved. Even though I had scheduled the service with ample time for them to make sure they would have them, I did not get these for a few weeks.
