Tassie Smiles are the best and nicest dentist and staff, always helpful
Dr Ava came highly recommended, and my experience was the best I’ve ever had. I’m someone who is quite anxious about dental visits, this was easily the best dental checkup I have ever had. The appointment was completely pain free. Even the teeth cleaning, which I did not think was possible. Dr Ava checked in throughout the procedure and gave me options to signal if I was experiencing discomfort, which helped me feel relaxed and I cared for the entire time. Visited this dentist clinic twice over the last few weeks for urgent treatment and from the reception staff right up to Dr Ava and her assistant this was exceptional service! Made me feel comfortable and explained everything thoroughly and guided me through every step! Best dental care I’ve experienced! Will always choose this place going forward! Regards Marcus
I called this clinic this morning to try and get an urgent appt due to my permanent retainer coming unbonded. I explained it was slicing up my tongue and mouth. I was asked if I have attended the clinic before and I said no, I was told they can’t help me. I called East Derwent Dental who were INCREDIBLY helpful and squeezed me in first thing as they understood how incredibly painful this would be. I had also never attended this clinic before.
