Absolutely horrified at the negligence of the sorell site They let a 10 Day old starving pup walk in then done nothing for over 40 minutes to help and turned it away. I was booked in between 3:30-4pm, to be shown how to tube feed a very sick little 10 day old puppy. Got there around 4pm and was left sitting for 40 minutes. When 1 vet nurse headed home and I still hadn't been told anything I had to ask if i was going to be left sitting with a starving puppy for anither 30 minutes, because now the pup was ober and hour late fo... read more
Wonderful staff are always so helpful and caring, very professional and willing to go out of their way to help.
We have used TVH for years with our dogs, they have always provided exceptional care. They are compassionate and attentive making our dogs feel comfortable and well cared for throughout our visits. The vets are knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything clearly. A great vet for your pets
