Ordered Turf for pickup and after waiting over 30 minutes the finally arrived only to say it would be another 30 minutes to cut. The front office and the turf guys don’t talk so rather than apologise for the mix up the guy just keep giving excuses and was rude. This company should not be in business as they are rude and can’t organise themselves. In the end I cancelled my order and got seed from Bunnings. Still no apology from anyone at this company. Great people, Quick delivery, Lawn looks awesome.
Wayne says what he need too to do to get the job, get it in writing is a must, the results are lush lawn that is not even close to level, he can't drive a skid steer to save his life as he wrecked surrounding concrete and wonders why we needed extra turf. Nothing is ever his fault, when confronted he won't listen and just says I can't work with you. If he provided a level lawn there would be no issues. Great product but he should retire
So many empty promises. Not keeping promises that was made during verbal quatation. Did not prepare the surface or level with topsoil as was promised. Now we sit with a lawn that struggles with root growth, malnourished & yellow. Trying to fix ourselves as Wayne is non-responsive to concerns. Very disappointing & costly experience.
I wish I had read these reviews before getting this company in. Where to start - Overlapping joints, lots of spaces, big on promises but very shy on delivery. The turf itself looks fine but the laying was amateurish at best. Mr W kept telling me I needed 200m2 when I had measured 150m2. I'm not bad at maths so stuck to my guns and just as well. There was left-overs which I anticipated, but they tried to take it with them when they finished. Would not recommend.
