Tasman Satellite & The Audiophile has previously done works on four of the last houses we have lived in, this is including design and build systems for our exact needs and the way we use the systems as a family, this includes both indoors and outdoors. Would strongly recommend not using Audiophile to install any type of audio and TV system. Their audio system installed in our new house has had constant issues with the remotes not 'talking' to the system. The installers spent many times and hours coming out trying to figure out what they were doing wrong. In the end we were advised they had to change some software and relocate parts into the ceiling, when a data room was provided. System would still dropped out and needed to be rebooted multiple times for it to work. Manage... read more

Tasman satellite were awesome, they contacted Sky on our behalf to arrange the transfer of the service to our new address, they installed it in a different room to where it was previously set up, they wall mounted our TV and they installed our Starlink. There was even brilliant advice such as using WI-FI calling as our phone signal isn't very good. The whole process and experience was great, easy and quick. I highly recommend them.
