Editing my review... Has given a high rating. Jack definitely assisted me well, but only until the point of sale. After that no follow up, the problem is my car's right door doesnt open at all. Tried messaging him but no go, i should have checked that carefully while purchasing.
Great service from Jack prior to the sale. Post sale not so much. Car was meant to come with full tank of gas and new registration. Neither were done. I had to continually chase up the change of ownership and registration. Months later I've still not been reimbursed for the fuel. The car was allegedly serviced prior to purchase but no proof has be provided despite asking several times for an invoice. I would not purchase from Tasman New Cars again.
Jack was incredible to deal with leading up to the sale. But post the sale communication issues have arisen. It has now been 3 months and I have never received change of ownership confirmation or any paperwork associated with the sale/trade of my old vehicle and new one. And I’m still waiting for my year rego I was promised, which I’ve now given up chasing up. So a bit disappointing that such a great transaction has ended this way.
