Was on a long planned trip miles from home. Had mechanical issues on my canam rt. Rang Simon who was more than helpful. Booked us in straight away. Identified the issue made a plan and we were on our way. They put in a lot of effort and went out of their way for us to have the right outcome. The service was fantastic. Professional and honest and most importantly they lined everything up for us. The team went above and beyond. I can't recommend them highly enough.
When my bike got a flat tire on holiday in Tasman they ordered a new one, and when it didn’t arrive in time they patched the old one and Malcolm opened the shop specially on Waitangi Day so I could pick it up in order to ride home. Great service, thank you so much!
Amazing service, from picking me up at the airport to all the fantastic staff and the doggy at the dealership. Bike presented like brand new and I'm so happy with the whole experience, would work with this lot anytime.
