I bought a 2014 Subaru Outback from Tasman Bay about 12 months ago. I found the guys really helpful and good to deal with, totally respectful and not pushy at all. The car has been great. They even let me inspect the import certificate from Japan. I've been meaning to post a review for a while as I read all the Google reviews before I bought the car here and in my experience they deserved 5 stars. I would shop here again for a japanese import.
Really clear communication from Myles and quick delivery on the vehicle after paying. A few minor faults with the vehicle were addressed and resolved quickly and reasonably by the team.
I needed a car within a short time frame during the holidays. Myles worked his magic to make it happen for me. He was very helpful and answered my many questions with patience and kindness. The after sale service was also very good. I am really pleased with the service I received at Tasman Bay Motors and I would definitely go there again for another car.
We were just browsing and were upfront about that but the gentleman who assisted us was extremely helpful and seemed very knowledgeable about the different vehicles we looked at. The overall experience was positive as we drove away in a new (second hand) car that fitted our needs and desires perfectly
