Josefina at task was the loan officer the buyers were using to purchase one of the homes I had listed. When the offer came across with the pre approval I contacted her to ask about the loan, she said there were no concerns and they just asked for 40 day escrow to ensure time for park approval. After that initial conversation the communication completely deteriorated. I could never get a call, text or email response back from her. They asked to extend this escrow 4 times and now after over 70 days in contract at the last minu... read more
