I rarely leave reviews, but this experience warrants one—specifically regarding the treatment coordinator, Rita. I initially came in for Invisalign treatment, and from the beginning, there were clear signs of disorganization. I was booked to receive my aligners, only to arrive and be told they were not ready. I am a reoccurring client and have had both my children attend for braces. During my daughter's most recent appointment, I had yhe displeasure of meeting the treatment coordinator, Rita. Rita was extremely disrespectful towards me, continued to raise her voice at me at the front desk, even when I asked her to please speak to me respectfully. This office has the best staff and the environment is always positive. The girls in the front go beyond their duty to make sure they can accommodate you. My boys love going to the office. All the staff including Doctors are amazing. Im so happy I still have one more son to go because im not ready to say goodbye to anyone there. Keep up the great work.
