I had a very disappointing experience with a GEICO auto insurance agent. The pricing was not clearly explained upfront, and I later realized that important details about the cost were not transparent during the conversation. As a customer, I expect honesty and clarity when discussing insurance coverage and pricing. I had the pleasure of working with Carolina twice, each time it was a wonderful experience! Carolina not only went over my policy with me multiple times she done so without hesitation, even asking the same question at least 3 times she was nothing but polite! Carolina is amazing at what she does she helped me understand my policy! I refuse to speak with anyone besides her! I highly recommend if you call this office you ask for Carolina I know I’m in good hands with her!
