Carolina Estrada -pop off girl! :) I was searching for homeowners insurance. I got a quote online through Geico that I felt was very expensive so I shopped elsewhere. Carolina emailed me directly like a few days later letting me know she could work up something more affordable for more of what I was looking for, and sure enough she did. She made it so effortlessly easy! Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with a GEICO auto insurance agent. The pricing was not clearly explained upfront, and I later realized that important details about the cost were not transparent during the conversation. As a customer, I expect honesty and clarity when discussing insurance coverage and pricing. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency made the entire process frustrating and left me feeling misled about what I was actually paying for.
