I had the pleasure of working with Carolina twice, each time it was a wonderful experience! Carolina not only went over my policy with me multiple times she done so without hesitation, even asking the same question at least 3 times she was nothing but polite! Carolina is amazing at what she does she helped me understand my policy! I refuse to speak with anyone besides her! I highly recommend if you call this office you ask for Carolina I know I’m in good hands with her!
