Absolutely thrilled with this small business! They are honest, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers. I initially contacted them for a carpet repair, but they suggested it might be more cost-effective to invest in a new rug—and they were absolutely right. Before I moved out of state, I inherited an oriental rug that was in dire need of a good cleaning. I'd heard of Tashjian's reputation so I dropped the rug off at their plant. The owner was very knowledgeable and told me things about the rug I didn't know. He showed me some of the problems that existed in it, but assured me that it was worth cleaning and fixing.
