Absolutely thrilled with this small business! They are honest, knowledgeable, and truly care about their customers. I initially contacted them for a carpet repair, but they suggested it might be more cost-effective to invest in a new rug—and they were absolutely right. Their selection of rugs is top-quality, and the prices are far better than most big retailers. I ended up with a beautiful, durable rug that’s even better than I expected.

Before I moved out of state, I inherited an oriental rug that was in dire need of a good cleaning. I'd heard of Tashjian's reputation so I dropped the rug off at their plant. The owner was very knowledgeable and told me things about the rug I didn't know. He showed me some of the problems that existed in it, but assured me that it was worth cleaning and fixing. Professional quality courteous service. Call before you visit. Not the cheapest but they are very good at what they do.
