I went here a while ago to get my daughters hair washed and blow dried. (She has curly 4a hair) I called to make an appointment and asked if they knew how to do her thick curly hair and they said yes, but when we went in shop they said that the lady going to do her hair had left and so we had a new lady do her hair instead. she did not wash or dry her hair correctly, her head was still wet when they had moved onto styling.
