Three stars because they weren't too pushy when I told them no. But be prepared to say no if you're in for service. My car has 14,000 mi on it. They wanted to rotate the tires fine but rebalance them? Why would you rebalance the tires when they're not shaking? And then get this. They want to do a front end alignment. The cars got 14,000 mi on it. Why would it need a front end alignment? It's brand new practically. The front end isn't out of alignment. It drives fine but if it were I would think that would be a warranty issue... read more

Send your loved ones here if you want them to fall for Tasca's tricks! Come for an oil change and tire rotation and leave with a bill for un-needed air filters, tire balancing, wheel alignment, etc! Don't fall for their tricks and gimmicks. Get what you need and then GET OUT. Don't get scammed like my loved ones have been scammed here. I only wish I had the day off of work to help my family refuse unneeded service.

This service center is very poorly managed and wasted a lot of my time. Called ahead to schedule an extraordinarily simple part attachment. It took 4 phone calls and 5 text messages to establish the appointment, three weeks in advance. When I arrived for the appointment, they didn't know what it was for and hadn't even attempted to order the part. It then took 2 hours of waiting for them to just reattach the old part. So after all that wasted time, they charged me for the privilege of not getting the repair that I came for.
