This is my second time receiving routine service. This time around, I can't say that I recommend. The staff did not acknowledge me, were passive aggressive when I didn't pull up to the garage as it wasn't labeled, did not explain what they found during the assessment and instead sent a video with a lot of background noise and a mumbling mechanic even though I was on the premises, performed the recommended services by the mechanic without asking me first, and then hurried me along to pay. Three stars because they weren't too pushy when I told them no. But be prepared to say no if you're in for service. My car has 14,000 mi on it. They wanted to rotate the tires fine but rebalance them? Why would you rebalance the tires when they're not shaking? And then get this. They want to do a front end alignment. The cars got 14,000 mi on it. Why would it need a front end alignment? It's brand new practically. The front end isn't out of alignment. It drives fine but if it were I would think that would be a warranty issue... read more
Send your loved ones here if you want them to fall for Tasca's tricks! Come for an oil change and tire rotation and leave with a bill for un-needed air filters, tire balancing, wheel alignment, etc! Don't fall for their tricks and gimmicks. Get what you need and then GET OUT. Don't get scammed like my loved ones have been scammed here. I only wish I had the day off of work to help my family refuse unneeded service.
