I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Kia White Plains. Imad Taha, Dennis in Finance, and Sales Manager Jake Green all went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Imad Taha was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I visited Tasca on 5/2/26 initially wanting to purchase a EV9 but walked out with a Kia Carnival. Our salesperson Young Ko was great, got us the trim and color we wanted and no pressure at all. Young had already reached out a week prior on my EV9 inquiry and kept me up to date throughout. I’ve went to other dealers as well but Young kept in contact and was patient with me as I went back and forth on deciding what car to get. Went in for an oil change. Car was serviced with no problems. When I got home, I checked the oil just like I always do just to make sure everything is topped up. When I opened the hood, expecting the engine bay to be free and clean, there was oil on the front apron. A simple wipe with a rag would’ve taken care of this and it would be a non-issue.
