Expectational Experience as always !!
Good service
I showed up at 1 on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to trade my old truck in and drive out with a new truck by 5 the same afternoon. The dealership gave me a trade in value I was happy with. My salesman, Andrew, provided pickup and drop off for my truck bed coating.
Over all I am satisfied with the work that was performed, however it took over a week to get my vehicle diagnosed, parts ordered and work performed. Brought the vehicle in on a Monday @ 11:15 AM, the vehicle was not even looked at until the following Wednesday @ ~ 10 AM and parts were ordered. I had to call on Wednesday afternoon to enquire (after calling the service manager) about a loaner vehicle, took about an hour.
