left my car on a Monday for a recall of the shift cable. was told 24 to 48 hrs. A few days later I received a text that two of my tires were bald (not true) and they wanted to sell me two tires for over $600.00 dollars. I deleted the text and called on Friday and could not get thru. Stopped by on Saturday and was told the car could be picked up on Monday, even though it was sitting in the lot all done. I went to Tasca Ford Cranston set on buying a Ford Bronco. After driving 2 different ones, Todd could see disappointment in my face. He actually asked me what I wanted. I told him and after doing a little research on the internet, he found me a Shadow Black Bronco Heritage that is almost one of a kind. I'd recommend Tasca Cranston to anyone and encourage them to see Todd Amaral, especially if they're buying a Bronco.

One Star Review: Deceptive Practices and Safety Issues at Tasca Ford CranstonI am writing this review as a warning to other buyers. Jonathan was our service advisor. He was great. He came out to the lounge to explain an issue with some suggestions. Each employee greeted us with a smile. Great service on our 2024 Bronco Badlands!
