I bring my car in, you wait, appraisal comes in at 40% less than it should as a trade in, constant hang ups if I disagree with the customer service peole and this is the 7th one I own!! This is being written after three visits and numerous calls requesting an audience with general manager Jeffery Monninger . A major piece which was repaired by this dealership failed in less than 4 years (Oil Pan warped ?) I was assured the $1400.00 spent to repair an oil smell two month ago would fix issue, but now turned out to be the oil pan warping for a second time. I have called a service manager, Bryant several times and had to physically go to this office to hear his apologies for the mis diagnosis, but no real solut... read more
