No one here cares not the sales people, finance person who ran my credit and applied to a loan (without my consent ). Working in sales- you’re always taught how to handoff customers I was just tossed around from department to department and it all took 6 hours :) don’t come here if you want to waste your time…
Service was very poor. We entered the service area to drop off, the agent Emily didn’t look up or engage. After 30s she took details and we left. We reported an issue when shifting for the mechanics to then diagnose engine mounts, breaks and steering rack, nothing to do with shifting. We returned, when we got to the advisors desk, the advisor was potentially asleep on the desk with his head on a towel. We had to say “excuse me” to alert him to our presence.
