Didn't have a great experience with talking to the front desk on the phone. The person I talked to (Louie?) had an attitude and questioned my condition despite not knowing anything about it. She told me my condition was a cardiac issue, despite the fact that it is a neurological condition. On the other hand, I had a great experience with Dr. Tasaki. She was about 40 minutes late to my appointment which was super disappointing, however her good attitude made up for it. I was nervous about going to a new doctor for my conditio... read more
The world of healthcare is one that where the “good” days are few and far between for those that work in it, very rarely are physicians and staff truly appreciated for all the hours and time they put in to each appointment for each patient. Dr. Taskai and her team are amazing and I cannot say how much I appreciate them and their time. Dr. Taskai listen to hear what I was saying and even heard what I could not myself explain. Her staff made the check in and check out process a breeze. mahalo to the office!
Worst person ever to be a Doctors receptionist or whomever it is answering the phone. Rude abrupt and shouldn’t be in this line of work…would highly suggest save yourself the trouble and find another Doctor.
