The price was right... Other than that, they failed to show up on the scheduled day of installation, forcing me to take an extra day off work (on their behalf, they did credit me an insignificant amount of money for this). When they did show up for the install, they were inept at finding my pre-wiring and cut 3 large holes in my wall looking randomly for where they "thought" my main connections should have been. Installation, equipment & pricing were good, however they failed at what they are contracted for, prompt alarm response. The alarm activated on one occassion and TAS never called us to determine if it were a real alarm or false alarm. On another occassion it took them 2 hours to phone us to tell us our alarm was activated. When we inquired as to why they didn't call sooner they said they were overwhelmed with alarm triggers and they just didn't have the staff to get back to us sooner.
