I'm not sure why people leave bad reviews for things that are absolutely unrelated to how these guys work. David was awesome and our old A/C unit that he re-installed is still going great and that was in 2024. Quick, seamless and reasonably priced. We were not in Tasmania and the work was done perfectly with just online communications and coordination with our renters.
Called to have a heatpump moved that was installed by them in a silly place that rattled my windows, was told no problem someone will be there Friday, so far 4 Fridays have been and gone with no word! Called someone else it was moved the next day!
