When attempting to organise a technician to attend my property due to a on-going issue with one of my units that they installed. My tenant and real-estate were greeted impolitely by their staff, failing to book a technician to attend the property. The rude responses consisted of we are busy it will be early next week. Next week is here and it is now 3-4 weeks. The only thing they are consistent with is their rude and unpleasant customer service.
I'm extremely satisfied with the ducted heat pump service by the team, it's been a game-changer during the cold Tasmanian winters. The ducted air conditioning system has also performed flawlessly during the sweltering summer months. I'm a big fan of their process, it was seamless and stress-free experience with the air conditioning system install. Overall, I've been impressed with every aspect of their service.
After installation of a ducted system in our new property, in the first winter two years ago the system was not functioning properly,very noisy and needed to be shut down constantly. We notified the business by email, phone and direct contact on multiple occasions. Had someone come around for an installation quote, left, never got a quote, never heard from them since.
Tas Heating and Cooling installed our new Daikin 10kw ducted system. The service provided by Dan and his entire team was amazing. His communication, attention to detail and professionalism was fantastic. A full system installed in a day with no hassle, no mess by a great team was a pleasure to watch. We could not rate them high enough.
