I'm not too sure what happened to customer satisfaction but this store certainly doesn't uphold it! My husband had it windows tinted it looks like crap and is bubbling but with a lifetime warranty there's nothing they can do, his alarm no longer works but in order to fix it I have to come when it's convenient for you and that's a couple weeks out, sorry I'm a supervisor for a local company and can't work by your schedule! your customer service is garbage!!!

This is my 4th car Taz has added an after market car starter. They are always great! Even though I have had starters before they take time to make sure I understand how it works. Thanks again!

Bunch of garbage! Went there on 10-27-16 with my vehicle. Spoke with Brian. Wanted a security system/remote starter. Asked if I could activate rear window defroster with the remote. He said his schematics didn't tell the story, but chances were that it could. I explained that I was not willing to put down $500 on a "maybe". I suggested he research this and get back to me. Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Overall a good experience. Be patient with installation, everything takes time, 😂
