When you try to patronize a local pharmacy and they refuse to accept your VA insurance out of laziness. I'm not sure if it's something personal or if they refuse to help anyone with insurance from the VA but trying to weasel money out of me when I have insurance that has been paying for my medicine for 5 years is disgusting and just low down.
The staff are always helpful and enjoy assisting their customers. Recommend using them as your pharmacy.
I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. The entire staff is genuinely friendly and consistently goes out of their way to be accommodating. From day-to-day customer service to making sure my insurance is doing everything it can to reduce costs, they are proactive, attentive, and kind. The pharmacists in particular take an active role in explaining medications clearly and thoughtfully, and even offer guidance on whether anything outside of just taking the prescription could be helpful or healthy.
