Mat sold a King quad for me over 2 months ago on consignment. He spent my $3,500.00 dollars instead of paying me what he owed me. It took him a month to pay me $2,500.00 It's now been over 2 months since he sold my quad and still owes me $1,000.00 from out original agreement.
