Ordered a set of tyres at the start of the year and was told they are in stock but they actually weren't. A month later they have finally been shipped but with a 2 week expected delivery this makes it 6 weeks for a set of tyres.

Despite arriving after 6:30 PM, the team was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help fix my tyre without any hesitation. In general, this company is very pleasant to deal with, but please make sure you call and confirm the tyres you want are actually in stock before you buy. I purchased a couple of front runner tyres that showed they had 6 in stock. After I placed the order, I was phoned to let me know the tyres were on the ‘dock’ ready to be picked up. Then, after multiple calls and emails to chase up the items……..and almost nil communications, the tyres arrived nearly 7 weeks later!
