Generally happy with the cleaning service, and communication was great. We had leftover tile dust in some specific areas after some contractors finished up. We provided a list of the areas and items we wanted cleaned in advance. However, we noted that a ladder would be needed to reach a set of blinds we wanted cleaned, and the team didn't come with a ladder, so they couldn't clean the blinds.
