They have the best shrimp. Always so friendly and helpful.
We live in West Ashley and were running errands in Mt Pleasant. Needed to pick up shrimp for dinner so went to Tarvin. Not your typical seafood store, more like a warehouse version of the Fulton fish market in NYC ( and I mean that as a compliment). Friendly helpful folks. We bought a pound of extra large cleaned shrimp. After a bit of seasoning we threw the shrimp on a hot griddle. Presto , 2 minutes later we enjoyed some fabulous crisp shrimp. Not frozen. Not soggy!
