Great people, fairly priced and great customer service. I have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed!
Very poor attention to customers needs. After bringing my car in to replace the alternator the belt started squealing. Brought it back in to find out it was loose. Refused any responsibility for it being loose after installation. Not a place I want to pay twice at in the future.
After having several issues with my car and other mechanics, I took it to Tarver's and I feel they are very knowledgeable and good mechanics. They are very friendly and seem to be caring of their customers. They work really fast and pretty reasonable on their prices. I highly recommend them to anyone with car problems.
I took my 2014 Chevy Traverse to Tarver’s Garage for a leaking fuel line and a window switch issue. While the final repair bill seemed fair and the vehicle is running fine now, the process took over a month to complete. I was told the delay was due to parts issues, but I had to repeatedly check for updates myself — there was very little proactive communication from their end.
