Absolutely amazing nigiri! They share a space with Jungdon Katsu which means you get the best of both worlds. The nigiri was amazingg!! We got some to try their nigiri, we were mainly there for the Katsu. But the portioning was so good with the Tuna that we ordered more (and we even got a bit of a bonus from the chef). Just wrapped up an early dinner at Taro Sushi and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We ordered the eight-piece sashimi, the Prospect Roll, and the Katsu—and every single dish was excellent. The sashimi was incredibly fresh and beautifully plated, the Prospect Roll had the perfect balance of texture and flavor, and the Katsu was crispy, juicy, and comforting.
