Tarte's charged me $223 to tow my SUV 8.8 miles to his shop after my kid was in a collision. He lied on the bill & even said a dollie had to be used, when he only lifted the front & towed the SUV with the rear tires on the ground. He could not even make correct change when I paid him. He charged me the maximum rate approved by the State of South Carolina when called in by a State Trooper. My kid did not know whom to call, so she replied on the trooper to call it in for the wrecker on rotation. He could only charge this sam... read more
