Dylan washed our house and windows this week and did an excellent job. He gave a reasonable quote, arrived on the date and time he scheduled and worked very hard to get our siding clean. Which was no small task as the siding was really dirty. He even wiped down the railings on our deck. We are super pleased with his work and highly recommend him.
Great service! Cleaned all the windows inside and out, removed all the moss from the exterior walls and the cedar shake roof. Cleaned out all the gutters and washed all the grime from the soffits. My house looks amazing now!
In truth I’m a little disappointed because the first time Dylan did our roof a few years back he did such an excellent job. This time around there’s still moss on it nearly a month later. He says it’s fine, it’s a process. But I feel by now it should be totally void of moss. Plus I paid him cash and he said he’d send me an invoice saying paid in full for my records and he still hasn’t although I’ve asked for it more than once. However, he did do an excellent job power washing our lower deck which we are very pleased with.
Merely texted himto ask a simple service question, ghosted, no reply nothing at all, shouldn't take much of a effort to respond
Dylan was very professional and reliable. Highly recommended - and his dog Lucy is just the sweetest ever! Looking forward to having him (and Lucy) back again many times in the future.
