Can I give 6 stars? We switched from a big chain pharmacy to Tartan Pharmacy and we have zero regrets. Within a couple of visits, Preet recognized me and knew who my family was. She always greets us with a smile and really makes us feel taken care of. We will gladly have a pharmacy that maybe isn't open as many hours as the big boy down the road in exchange for a pharmacist that is there for us and will respond to emails after hours to make sure her customers are taken care of. I can say with certainty that this is the best pharmacy I have dealt with in recent years. Pharmacist Preet Sidhu makes you feel like you are part of the family. She is incredibly warm, caring, and genuinely takes the time to make sure you are well looked after. And before you even have a chance to call the pharmacy with a question, you may receive a call from Preet explaining prescription changes or anything else related to the medications you take. This was my first experience with Tartan Pharmacy, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They went out of their way to answer my questions, provide guidance, and make sure I felt supported and reassured throughout the process. The level of service was exceptional, and their friendly, welcoming approach made such a positive impression. I highly recommend Tartan Pharmacy and will definitely be returning!
It's invariably a pleasure to pick up my prescriptions at Tartan Pharmacy as I've always been greeted with kind words and smiles from Preet and her Team. Preet is dependably available to answer any of my Medication related questions in a straight forward manner I understand. When I drop off a Prescription to be filled the service is " Prompt and Streamlined" suited for my busy schedule! Booked an appointment for a vaccine, confirmed a week and a half ago. Tartan Pharmacy called asking me to go to a different pharmacy because the other branch had the vaccine. Drove 45 MINUTES because they are the only pharmacy in Ottawa to have what I need, went to that other pharmacy and turns out that they don't have it. Tartan Pharmacy FORGOT to call the other pharmacy to let them know about the appointment. I AM VERY angry and frustrated that my time and gas was wasted!!!! VERY poor communication!!!
