Tartan Homes has been a disappointing experience. There was a lot of miscommunication and mistakes during the sales process that led to poor decisions on my end. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times with no response. For such a major purchase, the lack of support and accountability is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously.
Expensive house with low quality of work. Tartan sold me a home which is nearly a million dollar. However the house quality is very low compared to the price. Their after sales services are horrible. My house siding went loose within two years, crack on garage floor, driveway already has a hole in it. Wooden stairs color already discolored in several area. List goes on and on. Don't buy from them if you don't have to. Check some of the videos.
