I quite enjoy using this it's been handy getting a bus back and forth to work however I had a woman on the line threatened to make an issue that sometimes I have to call for an earlier ride which I know is only when they're available I don't have an issue with that if they can't do it I'm willing to wait for her to make it sound like a threat or something against me to then call back and find out that there's not the case that I would not be penalized

These people that answer the phone is getting ruder and ruder. But still I'm not going to treat them like they treat me. Hanging up on people while they are still speaking is so mean an unprofessional, but we will all reap what we sow. Anytime the drivers say the same thing, it's not a good look.
I looked into their program to get rides to and from dr appts. I saw their map route where they go…I’m inside their route, but they dont do service in my area. Doesn’t make sense. If they do services in Lucas County area, they shouldn’t have issue to serve in my area.
I've been taking tarps for some time now. And not to many complaints. But now I'm going to make a complaint because I want to know how the hell you can be booked on Saturday and Sunday with mo availability. This is not right to have being told that not once but twice now. Need to rectify this immediately. Poor public service if you ask me.
