I thought that purchasing a 24’ above ground pool kit for $4900 (not including tax or installation) would have included a pool cover, but it did not.
I purchased a tub 4 years ago, first issue this year, I understand delaies due to covid, and paying a $108. service call fee, what I don't like is hium being there 5 minutes, assuming what leak was, then having to come back because it was still leaking. He should have taken 10-15 minutes and remove some panels. Second time I got them to waive service charge but wanted to charge labor, call it something different. no, pay again for the service he should have done. one time and done. We purchased a pool from Tarson pools in 1992 we then sold our home in 2000 pool was in excellent condition! We recently stopped back to our old home to visit the owners and have some nostalgia the pool is in top condition still!! The liner was replaced once.
Horrible installation. First issue was we were told when we signed the contract that we could pay installers a fee to haul away leftover dirt. We told installers that we would lay to remove the HUGE pile of dirt and they told us they dont do that ( even though it was written on contract). Second, the first day of install they asked if we can leave garage door open for them so they can get to their tools, so we left the garage door open, came home and they never showed up and didnt even call to tell us they werent going to ma... read more
Bad customer service, desk lady very rude, installers not on the same page as owner. Horrible experience. Recommend everything in writing to cover yourself, tarson does not stick to there word. Also workers show up without notifying the home owner. Workers are not friendly to property and are not the cleanest when working. Cigarette buts scattered around the property.
Complete joke. Don't waste your time
