**edited** I'm not going to use them again. They mailed documents to the wrong address multiple times. It took a few months for me to get the deed, but that may have been due to the county we purchased in. But I never heard from Tarry Title or the county until I called asking about the deed. I had to call multiple times, my realtor had to call, my wife even called a few times and we finally got a certified copy of the deed. Not even the original because they couldn't find it.
