The lady who actually had me sign was very nice and personable. However the agreed time of appointment was 11 a.m and I was there at 11 and the lady said the appointment wasn’t until 12? Also that they had to wait till 12 before fed ex even dropped the papers for me to sign. So I came back at 12 and waited till almost 1:00 because the lady at the front desk said she would let the person know who was bringing the papers and failed to do so and instead went on her lunch break?? Tarry title system was hacked and leaked personal information in the dark web. When I contacted them the rep took no ownership, no accountability, very rude and defensive. Keep in mind you have an obligation to keep your system secure and safe. Legal liabilities can include lawsuits and regulatory investigation that can results in lost of business license. The rep that hang up on me should be terminated as she has no idea of data breach consequences.
Love working with the ladies at Tarry Title. They are professional, quick to resond, and always take care of our buyers. Carol, Natalie, Sarah, and Melissa, you guys are amazing! Thanks for all your hard work!
