I have been calling for months now to get an appointment for my mom who suffers from dementia and every time it’s something different! They sent the referral and waited for them to call. Then got the number from her doctor directly and called them, they told me they seen the referral but call back with her Medicare information. Did that and got the voicemail system! Today I call and her information isn’t showing up in the system from the referral!!!! This is the most FRUSTRATING experience I’ve EVER experienced!!!!
What a frustrating experience. I had been looking forward to this appointment, only for it to be derailed by preventable clerical mistakes. If the doctor I was referred to doesn’t see patients with my condition, that should have been caught and addressed well before my appointment date — not dropped on me at check-in after I’ve already taken the time to come in. I'm giving one star because there's no option for zero. Absolutely AWFUL experience. Dr. couldn't diagnose & wouldn't refer me to another neurologist. 5 weeks going back & forth with them trying to get them to refer me. They always said they were, but did NOTHING. AVOID
office staff was A LOT nicer & more helpful than doctor.
