What a frustrating experience. I had been looking forward to this appointment, only for it to be derailed by preventable clerical mistakes. If the doctor I was referred to doesn’t see patients with my condition, that should have been caught and addressed well before my appointment date — not dropped on me at check-in after I’ve already taken the time to come in. I'm giving one star because there's no option for zero. Absolutely AWFUL experience. Dr. couldn't diagnose & wouldn't refer me to another neurologist. 5 weeks going back & forth with them trying to get them to refer me. They always said they were, but did NOTHING. AVOID
