Always over booked and very crowded. Always have to wait 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. When calling in, almost never able to speak to someone and call goes to voicemail. 2 stars cause I really like Dr Nguyen and the care he provides for my children but I will have to seek other providers because the visits are too frustrating to deal with everytime.
Unprofessional doctors
I dont understand the other reviews. Came here to see Dr. Juni a few times both with and without appointments. The staff and Dr herself have been great every single time. She tends my needs and prescribes the right meds each time
