Receptionist are lazy they put you on hold ( IF You get Through to someone Because they also never answer) im talking 20+ minutes on hold , They never call with results or anything like they are supposed to like you have to constantly try to get ahold of them to get your lab reports or anything also they dont tell you if you need to bring specific documents in for the appointment, they once were gonna make me reschedule my sons appointment because they failed to tell me through the phone that they needed his insurance card A... read more
Always over booked and very crowded. Always have to wait 30-45 minutes past my scheduled appointment to be seen. When calling in, almost never able to speak to someone and call goes to voicemail. 2 stars cause I really like Dr Nguyen and the care he provides for my children but I will have to seek other providers because the visits are too frustrating to deal with everytime.
