We went with Tarrant Home Warranty when we first bought our home as they were recommended by our home inspector. They had to come out a couple times for various things and were great, but 5 or 6 months in we had a sewer backup in our sewer line that they had to come out and clear. After waiting several days for them to get a plumber out there, and then multiple trips because they didn’t have the right equipment for the job, they were never able to clear it and said we were on our own and had to fix it ourselves.
