It has a court and other services for the County. The DMV fills up real fast however the people there work through the crowd real fast so average wait has been about 15-20 minutes. Service is ok considering that a lot of people are walk ins.

Could not make an appointment, medical procedures. Stopped in at 2pm. Set-up is DMV type, take a number and wait. You can make an appointment. Room was full, sat, number called less than an hour. Got my handicap tags after turning in completed form. 6 minutes I was out the door with hang tags in hand. Not what I expected. Dealt with 2 employees, very friendly, very helpful, fast!!!! Have your forms filled out first, makes it easier. 6 minutes to get hang tags and record it in the Texas system. Not bad. I'm impressed. Thank y... read more

A worker named “ Nia” at station 7 was completely unprofessional, spiteful and rude. She repeatedly mocked and talked about the handwriting and legibility of someone with a disability. It’s one thing to ask for clarification on what she is reading like a professional but instead she said things like “ your handwriting is horrible “ and other horrid things. It was very much crossing the lines of being discriminatory against someone who is disabled.

I was there around 10am on 1/16. The woman at counter 9 with the blonde buzzed hair was AWFUL. She was so mean to me about my tags making comments about my personal life and making fun of me for accidentally leaving my wallet in the bathroom (I am stressed and forgetful right now unfortunately). I know that sometimes people that work in places like this can be rude but this was beyond what I have ever experienced. It was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. I was excited to just pay for my tags and get out of there.
