Kami H. In the passport office was freaking rude. We brought in our 2 month old baby to get her passport and Kami walked away in the middle of our appointment to assist someone else who just walked in. Our baby started crying because this was supposed to be a quick process. When we apologized for the noise of our newborn with colic she was rude and gave immediate attitude. Have some grace for new parents freshly postpartum with a 2 month old!!!
Quick helpfully polite.
