The operator at Station 9 (Chuck) was quite rude and condescending—he provided very poor service. The other staff members, however, were very friendly, despite it being the beginning of the month and the place being absolutely packed.
Best service ever. I’ve never walked in and walked out within 15 min done with what I needed to do. & The staff are incredibly nice with great customer service!
I needed to get my handicapped hang tags renewed. We went on a Tuesday afternoon, hoping it wouldn't be too crowded. It was busy, but not bad. The line moved pretty quickly. The renewal itself only took a few minutes. The clerk was polite and efficient. Total time, including the wait, was under 30 minutes, pretty decent in my opinion.
Overall a quick experience and I had a very pleasant experience until I was called up a second time by a bald white gentleman. He was very rude when asking simple questions and was unprofessional. I asked where he would like me to write my phone number on my check as I dont often use checks nor am i familiar with this process. Instead of a simple answer, he sighed and responded very rude as if I was burdening him. I asked a few questions and was completely ignored.
