Everyone was very helpful and friendly. 40 years old and seriously the best registration experience ever. Like everyone i was dreading it and it was a breeze. Granted I did my homework and had all of my paperwork in order. So as long as you come prepared then should be easy going. If not just know you will be returning at a later date.
I had an unpleasant experience at Station 7 today with a female staff member who displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude. She even mocked me while I was simply trying to get assistance. This behavior is unacceptable in a workplace, and I hope management addresses it promptly
