Being new to Texas, I was having stress over registering my vehicle correctly, making sure I had all the correct documentation and insurance coverage. She was so calming, respectful, and helpful that my stress melted away as she completed her part in my registration process. This office needs improvement. Management and head honchos need to listen up! Clearly, there are many, very kind clerks, working with all of the various tasks to be completed. Our knowledgeable clerk was efficient and friendly and did not waste time with idle chatter. But, while sitting and waiting for their number to be called; another clerk allowed a couple to chatter and talk for 30 minutes.
