I got Keon as my tech and I did not even feel the needle go in. She is extremely gentle and very kind and mentioned that she just finished phlebotomy school at the beginning of the year and I hope she goes very far in her career because she is fantastic! Aside from that the clinic was clean and the front desk. Women were also very helpful. For a Friday afternoon my overall wait time was less than 20 minutes.
I wanted to leave a positive review for this facility and Marcus! He was so kind and helpful during my testing, I was nervous about getting my blood drawn but he is a great phlebotomist and he has a professional optimistic personality, very thankful to have had such a wonderful interaction. The staff in the lobby area was very kind as well, honestly overall great experience and really helped me during a time of concern.
Would be useful if the damn website allowed to to email reports about uncleaned businesses. I know a place with a bunch of roaches, and I even saw a small rat one day! Plus pretty sure rat crap in the walk in cooler.
