What a terrible company. If you plan to apply for any property owned or managed by this company, good luck. Not only are they rude, they’re incompetent. From a fair housing standpoint, this company should be investigated. Queue the generic response below..
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This complex management company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in over 10 years of renting. Tried to overcharge me on a deposit by $800 because their employees can’t read the emails with attachments you sent until apparently 24hrs before you move in and you argue with them and have to call 14 times to get a response. How the don’t even tell you what your physical address is until again, too late. How they don’t do in person walk througs, they want you to trust their picture printed out... read more
