I Had some issues with my move-in back in December, and had to fight for awhile before the new manager at my community stepped up and did the right thing in July. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously.
ZERO STARS DON'T RENT HERE. PISS POOR MANAGEMENT. ESSENTIALLY ROSEANNE AND DERRICK. We lived in h304 for three years??? The tenant before us lived three years in h304??? Six year old carpets??? But still charged $1300.00 for cat damage??? And $390.00 for a $100.00 blind??? And than want to file an insurance claim for amount over deposit??? File it before deposit. I want my deposit. AGAIN ABSOLUTELY DON'T RENT HERE OR RENWOOD APARTMENTS IN BONNEY LAKE.
What a terrible company. If you plan to apply for any property owned or managed by this company, good luck. Not only are they rude, they’re incompetent. From a fair housing standpoint, this company should be investigated. Queue the generic response below..
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This complex management company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with in over 10 years of renting. Tried to overcharge me on a deposit by $800 because their employees can’t read the emails with attachments you sent until apparently 24hrs before you move in and you argue with them and have to call 14 times to get a response. How the don’t even tell you what your physical address is until again, too late. How they don’t do in person walk througs, they want you to trust their picture printed out... read more
