Currently TPS manages and leases a portfolio of operating properties that includes over 4 million square feet of commercial property (primarily retail and industrial) and 3,745 multi-family units. TPS works closely with Tarragon, LLC, one of the most active developers in the Puget Sound region, by supporting its development projects.

Horrible experience so far and steadily declining at my complex. PSA: Remember you can file complaints about property management companies with the Department of Housing and Urban Development if you are experiencing any of the following for further investigation and seek resolution: Property manager not paying out security deposits Dangers to a tenant’s health Discrimination based on protected statuses Fraud Ongoing maintenance issues Problems with professional management Safety concerns
Wish I could give 0 stars. This is the WORST management company I have ever had experience with. Staff is not properly trained, and try to cheat you. They had an extra month to prepare my apartment and still it was not completed. Maintenance is terrible. I was here for over a month before anyone bothered to come in on a SATURDAY to do one or two things on the move in work order. I was not allowed to do my own walk through at move in and felt rushed during the walk through. I would not recommend Terragon properties to anyone.
I was a prospective tenant who lives out of state. I asked for a live virtual tour as it’s extremely helpful for someone who cannot show up in person. Taylor, who works for the leasing office @ The Tilden Apts. said they could not support that. I asked why, & said I couldn’t continue further with the listing without one. She ignored my question, & sent me a link for virtual tours floor plans that are already available. She disregarded & disrespected my inquiries as a serious prospective tenant.
