Would give it a zero if it were possible, you would be putting potential buyers off your house if you sold through this agent, Ian Seed lied and cheated the entire process and had a temper tantrum, yelled and screamed at me in his office. AVOID THEM
Wanted appraisal and rang to book a day and time. They Never showed up. Very unprofessional
Ian has recently sold our home in record timing. Our property was listed advertised and sold. There was no stress and everything was just taken care of. It was one of the most easiest experiences.
