Terrible customer service in the service department. I was advised my car would receive a complimentary clean, it came back covered in dirty, muddy water and stunk of cigarettes. I’ll never take my brand new car back there. I’m so glad I didn’t shop local! Today 3rd April I called to advise they never returned my service book after my initial service. Mis diagnosed issue. Quoted $3000 to fix. Led me to spend $900 elsewhere because of their diagnosis when it was just a loose screw in the breaks. Will never return.
Fantastic service Tara Ford can’t beat them to buy car Rent-A-Car repairs. Everything. But if you want to see great campsites tune into Oz RV travels on YouTube.
Really good service nice polite friendly staff that take the time to explain everything & my car was done quick & a great job at that definitely recommend
