I moved into Tarpon Harbour in November 2024. This has been the best experience I have ever had living in an apartment complex. Have a hard time calling the unit an apartment. It is more like a townhouse. Very spacious. The Maintenance Team keeps the complex very clean. JoAnn, in the Management Office is wonderful to work with. The Management Team at Tarpon Harbour makes me feel like family. They have done special events for Thanksgiving, Christmas and now for Valentine's Day. A wonderful place to live!!
Highly recommend, great for anyone looking for a nice place to live. Tarpon Harbour was our home for over 2 years. We met some great neighbors there. Joann, David, Hector and Chris take great care of the property. A new job took us out of town or we would still be living there
Maintenance crew is absolutely fantastic- always respond super quickly and are always thorough and friendly!!
I am not a resident at Tarpon Harbour but I am a member of the marathon community and I was so impressed by the staff there today i had to share! I went to help a friend get her kiddos ready for the bus and we were stopped by members of the staff at Tarpon on our way out with water, juice, and donuts! They were so kind and the gesture really made us smile. Little things like that make Marathon & our community so great! Thanks guys, donuts were delicious & the kiddos loved them too!!
