Was told I had to have a pressure test done to make sure it was the coil leaking otherwise it won't be covered under warranty. $1100 test came back yep you have coil leak. They they said, Unfortunately your unit it discontinued and no replacement parts are available. (it only 5 years old). Said I had to replace entire unit. They should have known it was discontinued since they installed it and are a dealer. Now they are ghosting me. Left messages with no response.
Had A C system installed by Tarpon. System never operated correctly. Company will not answer calls. Have been given the run around and been literally lied to. Do not do business with this company. Never returned my calls. Will not do warranty work. Horrible business practices. Plenty of other A C companies out there, do yourself a favor and use another company. Please do not use Tarpon. They don’t deserve to be in business.
DON'T EVER call these guys. They charged me to service my AC and didn't do a thing. Now I have a mold problem. I called them to rectify the problem and never showed up for the appointment to fix it.
Called uncountable times left voice mails, sent e-mails, no response. We are waiting to get the job completed since months.... Do not use this company.
After two+ years our permit is STILL not closed. We have so many issues and they refuse to answer our calls. Stay away!
