We used Tarpon Air and had a FULL AC install. They installed multiple units in our home, installed all new ductwork and plenums, and new thermostats. Everything was new. Literally 3 days after the install we started with the complaints. System not cooling (fixed that), rooms exceptionally hot (didn't't fix that), when the unit turns on it sounds like a jet engine (didn't fix that), high humidity (didn't fix), and now every month the units drain backs up and has to be suctioned out. Was told I had to have a pressure test done to make sure it was the coil leaking otherwise it won't be covered under warranty. $1100 test came back yep you have coil leak. They they said, Unfortunately your unit it discontinued and no replacement parts are available. (it only 5 years old). Said I had to replace entire unit. They should have known it was discontinued since they installed it and are a dealer. Now they are ghosting me. Left messages with no response.
