Had the pleasure of being served today, 28/1, by Jiego who was so very helpful with our decision on which shirt to buy for an important occasion. He made shopping there a very pleasant experience...he is an asset to the business!!
0 stars. Went in there today ( 8/9/25). Sales lady, asked what my son was after. He said a black suit . She stood and pointed, saying they are the. Didn’t move. Actually got jacket off hanger when asked for size. Said it looked fine . He had trouble buttoning it up. Asked her where the fitted jackets were as opposed the looser fitting ones. Staff here is amazing. Helped us with sizing, individual clothing pieces from coats to shoes, to pants to belts and shirts. Thank you!! You got yourself a great sales rep :) We didn't get his name but he worked during Thursday late night shift 12.06.25 both male staff were awesome.

I was in there today and there were two guys (one named Cameron) and the customer service was absolutely terrible - actually there was no customer service… my partner and I went in there twice, the first time we were in there for about 5 minutes without any acknowledgment and no other customers in the store they just proceeded to talk amongst themselves, one behind the counter and one sitting down. We went back in a second time and again no acknowledgement, I was the one who had to say hello… even then they did not... read more
